To help maintain a safe and secure operating environment, in Fall 2021, the Minter Field Airport transitioned to a card access system for all vehicular entrances to the airfield.  

 How to Apply - For New Applicants and Annual Renewals

Please review the Rules and Regulations for Use of the Access Card and complete and turn in the Access Card Application to the District Office located at 201 Aviation Street.  (Click the link below to download.)

In addition to a completed application, we will need:

• a copy of a current driver’s license or other official ID,
• proof of need for access (if not already on file), and 
• payment (cash, check, or credit card) for new or replacement card of $40

• Walk-In Hours:  Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
• By Appointment:  You may also schedule an appoinment here:  Gate Access New/Renewal Appointment.  NOTE:  You do NOT need an appoinment during Walk-In Hours (shown above).
